“The first glueing of coaming capping - the tapered, central cedar strip on starboard side. It felt firm, and there was excess epoxy mixed up, so I straight away laminated on the outside silky oak edge capping strip, which was very straight-forward - just start clamping in both planes at one end and work backwards to the end.

The central strip needed holding down into the curve, which it hadn't needed when dry - hence the bigger blue & black clamp top centre.”
